We work with the Agile Kanban methodology, meaning we use a software development approach based on principles of flexibility, adaptability and collaboration, to manage complex projects.

This agile methodology is based on a continuous workflow without sprints (development cycles) and imposes limits on the number of activities that can be managed simultaneously. This aims to reduce work accumulation and improve focus and performance. Unlike other agile methodologies, Kanban does not define specific roles like Scrum Master or Product Owner, but anyone participating in the project can manage the Kanban board, i.e. updates. Finally, this methodology is based on continuous observation of workflow to identify any blocks and possible improvements.
