The challenge
Phone calls, spreadsheets and paperwork to chase
Load requests arrive by phone, WhatsApp and email. Trips are planned in Excel; delivery notes, CMRs and PODs are on paper and collected at the end of the run. Finding a truck means calling the driver, and at the port every missing document turns into a stop at the gate.
The solution
Office, drivers and port on the same platform
The office plans trips online and assigns them to vehicles. Drivers receive them in the app, update statuses, upload documents and photos, and their smartphone becomes the vehicle tracker. With the E-Port integration documents are validated before the truck arrives: once cleared, it passes the gate without stopping.
How it works
One trip, from planning to the gate
01Planning
The trip is created or imported, with loads, terminals, vehicle and driver.
02E-Port booking
The trip is booked on the port system and its documents are synchronised.
03Driver app
The driver receives the trip on the smartphone and updates its status in real time.
04Position and ETA
The GPS position comes from the smartphone, with no on-board hardware.
05Port gate
Pre-notification from the app, documents checked before the truck, proximity alerts at the gate.
06Documents and expenses
Consignment note, photos and trip expenses end up in the shared archive.

The whole fleet on one map
Each vehicle’s position comes from the driver app, with no devices to install on board. The office sees route, estimated arrival time and status of every trip, including gate entries and parking stops.
